Inspiring Character and Integrity Among the Finance Leaders of Tomorrow

Picture your ideal job in the field of finance, whether in banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance... what comes to mind? The financial industry gets a bad rep for “greed”, tough competition, and long hours. In that environment it is easy to lose sight of our purpose and forget that we can make a huge positive impact through finance. Most finance groups focus on teaching us hard skills and bring in speakers to help us grow our network or learn how to interview or get the job - all of which is really valuable. Yet, we don’t always learn how to become the caliber of leader who will change that reputation, culture, and truly make a positive impact in the world through our careers in finance.

"Over 6 weeks, I was able to develop a firm understanding of my values and principles as well as how I can live true to them. I now have a framework that I can use to evaluate my decisions and ensure that I'm acting in accordance with my deepest held values"
